About Usman Holdings
One group, three divisions.
Usman Holdings operates across global markets and real-world ventures, industrial safety equipment procurement, business process outsourcing, and strategic advisory — guided by disciplined, research-driven execution.
Founded 2021 by Usman Asif · Karachi and Tallinn
What the group does
Three divisions, one counterparty
The divisions serve three different needs and are run as three different businesses. What they share is a client who would otherwise be managing three sets of relationships, and a standard of evidence that does not change between them.
Investment & Advisory
The firm's original business and still its centre of gravity. Thirteen services across global markets, wealth and asset management, real-world ventures and private advisory — research-led positions in digital assets, equities, fixed income, commodities and FX, alongside portfolio management, property, agriculture, export trade and tax and estate planning. The investment calls are published in advance and remain public.
Investment & advisoryIndustrial Safety & Procurement
Specification-led sourcing and procurement of industrial safety equipment and PPE. Eight equipment categories, from respiratory protection and gas detection to fall arrest, fire response and welding safety, each sourced against the standard it has to meet and verified against OSHA, ANSI, CE and ISO requirements before it is quoted. One counterparty replaces a dozen suppliers, and logistics are coordinated from source to site.
Industrial safety equipmentBusiness Process Outsourcing
Six full-service practices — finance, technology, customer experience, business operations, HR and recruitment, and healthcare — run as an extension of a client's own operation rather than a call centre attached to it.

The founder
Built on calls that were made in public
Usman Asif has been active in financial markets since 2015 and in business for himself since 2017, starting with a software house of his own. The outsourcing division's technology practice does that same work for clients today.
He founded Usman Holdings in 2021 on a single principle: conviction means nothing unless it is on record. From the outset the firm's investment calls have been published in advance — timestamped, public and unedited — and they remain open to scrutiny at any time.
That is not an abstract commitment. In November 2022, with Bitcoin falling through the FTX collapse, he published the call to buy near $15,600 and left it standing — timestamped and unedited. Bitcoin later printed an all-time high of $126,210. That same year, Usman Asif became an Official Partner of MEXC.
That principle is what the other two divisions were built to meet rather than to escape. A procurement order and an outsourced finance function are both judged the same way: on whether what was specified is what arrived.
How the group works
Three commitments, each of them checkable
On the record
Investment calls are published in advance — timestamped, public and unedited — before the outcome is known. That is a standard the firm can be held to rather than a claim about itself, which is the only kind worth making.
Sourced to specification
In procurement the equivalent commitment is the specification. Equipment is vetted against the standard it has to meet before it is quoted, so what arrives on site is what was asked for and not the nearest thing a supplier had in stock.
One counterparty
Three divisions, one commercial relationship. A client running an operation does not want a broker, a supplier and an outsourcing vendor who have never spoken to each other; the group exists so that they do not have to.
